This option offers 3 sets of printed plans which include; Floor Plans, Exterior Elevation Views, Electical Plans, Foundation Plan and a Detail Sheet. This is the basic package that you need to obtain bids for construction, secure your financing, submit for a building permit and to build the home. (Although our plans are designed for national building codes, we recommend to have a Structural Engineer in your area review the plan before construction begins.)
